Who We Are
Care Fur Life is a multifaceted rescue and sanctuary located in Auburn, Washington. We believe all rescue’s can be valuable and have meaningful connections with people.
What We Do
We are re-defining rescue, Care Fur Life see’s the value of all horses and helps find them a purpose, starting with the rescue, evaluation, and rehabilitation of each horse. Next, our highly trained staff help to place each horse into a long term program or placement home. These placements are chosen to highlight the value and skills that each horse has. We also offer educational volunteer opportunities for those in our local community!
Rescue
Care Fur Life rescues horses from a wide variety of situations. We welcome all horses, from cases of neglect, abuse, abandonment, and more, meeting them exactly where they are.
Rate
By partnering with local equine professionals, CFL carefully evaluates all new rescues. We look for major health/physical concerns, as well as get a base line on level of training/handling.
Rehabilitate
We have a thorough evaluation protocol in order to create individual rehabilitation plans for each of our horses. All new intakes receive the specialty care they need to be fully rehabilitated.
